Mighty Touch allows front-end users to manage groups and profiles through the front-end. The front-end users can also view activity history and user list. To allow front-end users to perform these tasks, you need to create links.

Adding Groups

To create a link for adding groups to a group category:

1. Log into Joomla back-end and navigate to Menus-> User Menu. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button [1] shown in the following figure:

On clicking the New button, the following page appears:

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Groups-> Group Submission. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section.

6. Click the Save [2] or Apply button [3].

7. Click the Preview button [4]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created to add a group.

Viewing Groups

To create a link for viewing groups:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Groups-> Group Layout. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section. In the Parameters (Basic) section [2], select a group that was created earlier. The front-end user will be able to view the group layout.

6. Click the Save [3] or Apply button [4].

7. Click the Preview button [5]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for viewing group. The page for view group layout will appear.

Viewing Group List

To create a link for viewing group list:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Groups-> Groups List. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section. In the Parameters (Basic) section [2], enter the number of columns for displaying the groups list.

6. Click the Save [3] or Apply button [4].

7. Click the Preview button [5]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for viewing group. The page for view group layout will appear.

Viewing Personal Groups List

A personal group list contains the groups created by current user and groups of which the current user is member or moderator. To create a link for viewing personal group list:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Groups-> Personal Groups List. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section.

6. Click the Save [2] or Apply button [3].

7. Click the Preview button [4]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for viewing personal group list. The page for viewing personal group list will appear.

Viewing Activity History

To create a link for viewing activity history:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> History-> Activity History. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section. In the Parameters (Basic) section [2], select the type of activity to be displayed.

6. Click the Save [3] or Apply button [4].

7. Click the Preview button [5]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for viewing activity history. The page for viewing activity history will appear.

Viewing User List

To create a link for viewing user list:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> List-> User List Layout. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section. In the Parameters (Basic) section [2], select the prefiltered user list to be displayed.

6. Click the Save [3] or Apply button [4].

7. Click the Preview button [5]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for viewing user list. The page for viewing user list will appear.

Creating User Profile

To create a link for allowing users to create profiles:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Profile-> User Profile. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section.

6. Click the Save [2] or Apply button [3].

7. Click the Preview button [4]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for allowing users to create profile. The page for creating profile will appear.

Editing User Profile

To create a link for allowing users to edit their profiles:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Profile-> Edit Profile. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section.

6. Click the Save [2] or Apply button [3].

7. Click the Preview button [4]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for allowing users to edit their profiles. The page for editing profiles will appear.

Inviting to Community

To create a link for inviting to community:

1. Navigate to Menus-> User Menu in Joomla back-end. The Menu Item Manager: [usermenu] page appears.

2. Click the New button.

3. Click the Mighty Touch node to expand it.

4. Navigate to Mighty Touch-> Profile-> Invite to Community. The following page appears:

5. Enter title and alias in the Menu Item Details section [1]. Based on your requirements, select other parameters in this section.

6. Click the Save [2] or Apply button [3].

7. Click the Preview button [4]. The front-end of Joomla appears.

8. Log into the front-end and navigate to the User Menu section.

9. Click the link you created for inviting to community. The page for inviting to community will appear.
